The Price Wales Hospital of the Chinese University of Hong Kong has purchased an IVIS100 system for its biomedical research. The areas that they are interested in are Oncology, Gene Therapy, Immunology, and Infection disease. This unit will be the first unit from Xenogen to install in Hong Kong, and the first unit of IVIS100 in China as well. (November, 2005) |

Xenogen has released its 3-D capability for its IVIS200 instrument. It is truly a state-of-art technology and represents a milestone for optical small animal in vivo imaging. As part of the service, Longmed helped CK-Lifesciences installed the 3-D capability software to its IVIS200 instrument. (September 2005) |

Xenogen established its technology certificate program for the international distributors, and hosted its first engineer training program in Alameda, California in August 2005. Our engineer, Henry Dong, attended this week-long training and was certified as the only preferred service engineer for Xenogen product in China. He also visited headquarter office of Visualsonics in Toronto, Canada and was trained with Vevo system during this trip. (September 2005) |
